Cooking Demonstration: Fallser and volunteer Chris Overcash will be serving up a mixed greens salad with shallot mustard vinaigrette. All fresh ingredients from the East Falls Farmers' Market! Stop by to taste the farm-fresh salad and say "Hi" to Chris.

Everwild Farm  is back with a bountiful harvest! This week, they're offering their Mesclun salad mix, spinach, arugula, rainbow Swiss chard, curly kale, cherry radishes, Hakurei turnips, kohlrabi, garlic scapes, mustard greens, gem lettuce, and red beets.
