Farmer Updates Brophy Spring Hollow Farm offers ethically raised beef steaks, pork cuts, lamb, sausages, bacon, scrapple, and eggs. Everwild Farm is back at the market this weekend with a fresh winter harvest, including organically grown Mesclun Winter Blend salad, tender spinach, sweet storage carrots, watermelon radish, baby ginger and a diverse selection of nutrient-dense microgreens. Their hardy greens are grown under fleece blankets all winter long, allowing them to produce fresh, local food year-round! Their free-choice CSA Farmers Market Membership is now open, offering flexibility and savings on Everwild’s produce. Additional member perks will be available starting in February.
