 Moishe's Pickles First off, quick reminder that there will be an 80s themed EF Beer Garden TONIGHT (Thurs. June 16) from 6-10pm, in the same space as our Saturday farmers' market. See their FB page for more information. For our EFFM this Saturday it looks it will be another beautiful day, and we have a lot going on. Come on down to shop for your special Juneteenth and Father's Day meals! This weekend we'll again have more than 20 vendors (see full list below), including most of our regular farmers and prepared food favorites. A few highlights: Neil's Sharpening Service will be back to sharpen your dull knives, scissors, garden tools. We'll be featuring a new baker this weekend Second Daughter Baking Co, who will have artisan cakes and patisserie! We'll have hot foods and cold drinks from Angie's Vietnamese Cuisine, Smokebreak BBQ, Sazon2Go and Jrip Juicery. Jack from Moishe's Pickles wants your feedback on his new lineup of pickled fruits, including pineapple, watermelon, mangos, peaches, and strawberries. Farmer updates: Everwild Farm reports they will have Mesclun Salad Mix, a wide variety of microgreens and shoots, fresh herbs, carrots, radishes, sweet salad turnips, beets, kohlrabi, fennel, kale, chard, little gem romaines, garlic scapes, new potatoes, celery, and flower bouquets! this weekend and McCann's Farm will have spinach, salad greens, romaine lettuce, kale, collards, asparagus, zucchini, summer squash, mushrooms and more! We'll also have live music from Diane & Vik, and we'll be joined by friends at ACCT Philly: "Looking for a new love? Visit ACCT Philly’s table this Saturday at the East Falls Farmers Market to meet some of Philadelphia’s most eligible dogs and find out how you can help the city’s homeless pets. Whether you’re considering adopting or fostering a shelter pet or want to learn more about volunteering to walk dogs, cuddle cats, bottle-feed kittens and more, be sure to stop by and say hello."
